And They're Racing
Yes, the racing season is upon us and you will be pleased to know that we have retained our existing race boxes at Shatin and Happy Valley.
Why not get together with friends and have a day or evening at the races; the cost is less than a good meal in a restaurant and you have the excitement of the races and the chance to make a few dollars as well! If you have visitors from overseas there is no better way of entertaining them and Hong Kong's facilities are the best in the world.
Limited parking is available only at Shatin and on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cost is only HK$300 per head at each track for the buffet, plus HK$50 for a guest badge for non-Jockey Club members.
The prices include unlimited tea, coffee, Evian water, soft drinks, fruit juices, and house beer. Brand beers, wines and spirits are extra, but the Jockey Club house wines are reasonable in price and quality.
The bad news is that there are a number of race days when the Jockey Club charge us an extra HK$50 for a special buffet and we will have to pass this on to you, making the cost HK$400. The good news is for the HK$50 extra you have such items as lobster, crabs and oysters on the buffet.
