Notice on Wearing of Hats in F&B Outlets
	Dear Members, The GC has decided that the wearing of caps in the coffee shop is permitted but not in the other F&B outlets unless prior permission had been obtained from management.

Club closure for Annual Staff Dinner (7 February)
	Dear Members, The Annual Staff Party will be held on Tuesday, 7 February 2012 . The Club will close at 3pm for all activities and last orders for F&B will be at 2:30pm.

Lai See
	Lai See was an issue raised at the AGM and the GC in its meeting on 6th December 2011 decided that the new policy would stand. However if members would like to give Lai See directly to a specific staff member they may do so and the staff may keep the Lai See. Likewise a box will be made available at the reception for back of house staff and if members would like to give to those staff they may do so and the Lai See will be distributed to the relevant staff.

2012 Car Parking Permit (19 December)

2012 Car Parking Permits will be available starting Monday 19th December from the office during office hours(Mon-Fri 9am-6pm,Sat 9am-1pm). Out of office hours they can be obtained from the shop.

Vehicle registration No. must be registered with the club otherwise entry will not be permitted.

Before a car park permit is issued, members MUST produce:

• Their club membership card
• Their valid Hong Kong driving licence
• Their owners vehicle registration book(s) or a company vehicle registration book ( or photocopy if driving vehicle) together with a letter of authorization from the company permitting the member to drive the said vehicle.
• Their 2011 parking label(s) if applicable.

Swimming Pool Alert - Underage Supervision
	Dear Members, Due to safety reasons and well being of the patrons of the swimming pool, we would like to remind you of the bye-laws regarding children supervision at the pool area. 13.3 Children under 14 years are only allowed within the pool area and to swim within the pool area when a Member or Subscriber specifically responsible for their welfare is in attendance in the pool area.
